What is a smart belt?
A smart belt is wearable technology placed at the waist. It can sense, guide or communicate without putting another screen on the wrist. Vyldor uses that position as a quiet physical interface to the phone already in your pocket.
The phrase smart belt does not describe one fixed product category yet. Some belts measure movement, some provide directional vibrations, and some place controls or communication hardware at the waist. What they share is the form factor: electronics use the strap, buckle or waist position instead of a watch face or handheld screen.
Vyldor is the interface kind. A small mono earpiece docks inside the buckle, separate left and right haptic zones sit at the hips, and one hidden button confirms an action. The paired iPhone or Android phone supplies the connection, apps and AI. The belt itself is not a second phone and does not contain a display.
That distinction matters. Vyldor is not a fitness tracker, posture corrector, medical device or always-listening recorder. It is also not finished hardware: no prototype has been manufactured or worn, nothing is for sale, and the images are renders of one parametric design model.

Draw the earpiece to start a voice session. Feel a tap at the left or right hip for directional information. Press the underside button when something needs deliberate confirmation. Put the earpiece back to end the session and recharge it.
Keeping the phone as the computer avoids a separate cellular subscription and another cloud-dependent AI device. It also means the concept rises or falls on the quality of three physical interactions rather than a list of speculative features.

How is a smart belt different from a smartwatch?
A belt has more strap length, more skin contact area and a stable position near the body's centre. A watch is easier to glance at; a belt can provide private left-right haptics and hide larger components without adding another screen.
