What this site is, and what it is not

No product, no price, no order

Vyldor is a design concept. No hardware has been manufactured, nothing on this site can be bought, and joining the waitlist is not a pre-order, a reservation with any legal effect, or a contract. It costs nothing and obliges neither side to anything. Every specification given is a design target and will change if engineering says it has to.

Images are renders

Every product image on this site is a computer render of the design model, generated from a single parametric source so that the same unit is shown in each view. None of them is a photograph of a physical object, because no physical object exists. They are labelled as such wherever they appear.

Not an offer of securities

The investor page is information only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, in any jurisdiction, and registering interest creates no obligation for you or for Vyldor. Any investment would happen only through formal signed documentation, after proper disclosure. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

No health or safety claims

Vyldor is not a medical device and is not designed, tested or certified as one. Nothing described here diagnoses, treats or monitors any condition. Features that touch the body, such as waist measurement or wear detection, are conveniences and nothing more. It is not a safety or emergency device either: do not rely on it to summon help, to keep track of a person, or in any situation where failure would matter.

Using the name and the images

Journalists, writers and anyone covering the project are welcome to use the renders and the text from the press page free of charge, on two conditions: credit Vyldor, and describe the images as renders of a concept rather than as photographs of a product. Please do not alter the images in a way that changes what the product appears to do.

The Vyldor name and mark belong to the project. Everything else on the site — the copy, the design and the 3D model — is ours too. Any other company or product name that appears is the property of its owner and is used only to describe compatibility; no endorsement is implied or claimed.

Accuracy and liability

We try to keep this site honest and current, and the status page exists so the state of the project is never overstated. Even so, an unbuilt product is a moving target and things here may turn out to be wrong. The site is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it.

Who runs this

Vyldor is founded and run by Vojta Holeš in the Czech Republic. Because he is under 18, the legally responsible party for this site, for personal data and for any binding agreement is his parent, Přemysl Holeš. Anything that would need a signature is handled by, or together with, him.
